A second iPhone or iPad as your outside display.

Take a second iPhone or iPad outside. Your measuring iPhone stays in the caravan and sends readings directly to your other device.

Choose the right roles

Select the two-device mode and sender role on the measuring iPhone. The second iPhone acts as the receiver. An iPad is always a receiver; it does not measure the caravan itself.

Connect directly

Turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on both devices and allow local network access when iOS asks. The direct connection does not require campsite Wi-Fi or an internet connection. Choose your partner device in the app.

See it on a bigger screen

iPad gives the instructions more room. A second iPhone is the pocket-sized alternative. Both show and speak the instructions received from the iPhone resting inside the caravan. Keep LevelMate open on both devices.

Included with Pro

These device modes are part of the one-time LevelMate Pro in-app purchase. Purchases and restoration need an App Store connection; that is separate from local measurement and device communication.
