Measurements and device communication
LevelMate processes sensor data on the measuring iPhone to calculate tilt. When you use a receiver, the values needed for guidance are transmitted between your devices. This website does not receive those measurements.
App usage analytics
LevelMate uses TelemetryDeck (TelemetryDeck GmbH, Augsburg, Germany) to understand app usage. Usage analytics is enabled by default after installation. You can turn it off in the app settings. Technical usage events and a derived device identifier are processed; this is not a promise that no data leaves your device. Read more at telemetrydeck.com/privacy/.
Purchases
Apple StoreKit handles in-app purchases and restoration. LevelMate processes purchase status to unlock Pro features. This website does not request payment details.
Website hosting
Cloudflare provides the hosting for levelmate.app. Serving a website involves necessary connection data such as IP address, request time and requested URL. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in serving and securing the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This site adds no web analytics SDK, advertising tracker or externally hosted fonts. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting the controller above. When you contact us by email, we use your message and contact details to answer your request. You can also email levelmate@remoadams.de about access, correction or deletion. Processing and retention depend on the request and applicable legal obligations.
